Windsor tie in the workplace

I want to thank you so much for giving me the job! You said you wanted me to come in early, so... what? You have a new dress code now? But, I'm already here. Oh, you have a tie for me! Oh... it's quite bright! And long. Is there a special way you want me to do it? A Windsor tie? I've not done that a lot. Would it be alright if I do it now? Hmmm... is this right? You're not going to tell me, are you? Is this like an initiation test? This is not right, is it? Oh, dear...
