I wrap my cock and ball in tape and add a big cable tie to secure it in place I also added 2 rubber bands to my cock head I used 2 grabby tools on my nipples they were extremely distressing as they not only pinch your nipple like normal clamps they also pull it outwards and into the end of the tool I replaced these with some strong binder clips and then tied my balls using some wire and pulled them up to the ceiling pushing me onto tip toes and tying them it off
