Trampling the weakling with piercing heels

Lady Valeska has her weakling sub again. Lay flat on the floor she teases and prods him with her heels. He's extremely nervous as he takes a drop of her spit - before the real fun begins. She has long, sharp, heels and is going to trample him with them - pushing and piercing on his skin - he squirms under the power and pressure. She laughs at how easy he is to torment.
