I knew the day would come when we would have this conversation. Just to remind you how much you mean to me, look at this tattoo on my ring finger that I got for you. Remember how you went with me so I could get it but no one even knew it was a purity symbol to you, my wonderful step dad. The thing is, now I have a guy in my life who wants to marry me so I am going to be wearing my engagement ring over my tattoo.
