Sammy must lie between her domina's strong scissor hold, and try to not panic, when the domina pushes her head under the water, and keep it there for an along-long time. Poor Sammy has to fight with full power to get some oxygen and take some deep breaths before the domina pushes her body under the water again. Domina's imagination is inexhaustible, she even uses a towel to hold back Sammy better and better. She makes a good job, for poor Sammy's bad luck.
