On a planet in the far distant universe, there is an uprising going on. The last resort to subdue the rebels is to activate the "ultimate weapon". Since this weapon is located on Planet Earth, Princess Mayuka sets off to make her way to Earth. With a special weapon, she can manipulate any human being. One day Hisashi is able to steal the weapon and starts using it to manipulate the princess. Mayuka's journey however did not go unnoticed by the insurgents. The only way to stop the pursuers is to activate Akiho. However, Akiho can only be activated by touching certain parts of her body, and so can gain back energy. To overcome the tragic situation Hisashi agrees to pursue the "activation" himself.
