Normally you would say that trampling should be before a hard whipping or that a guy had enough after a hard whipping. Well, not in this case. Madam Simona's slave wanted to go home and get some rest for his bag, but as Madam Caramelle really wanted to do some trampling, he had no other choice than to offer this body as a human carpet, as his Madam Simona told him to do.
