私は辞めます

I have plans to quit smoking. I smoke a half right here and answer questions of how long, what brands, favorite brands, and hated brands. I share my plans of how I am quitting why and what I am doing. Is my wife joining me? Prices I pay and have spent for smokes? Etc. As I say goodbye to one of the last ciggies ever. Now telling you.... it holds me accountable, another tactic to make it real!
