Jack is working as a head waiter and boss of room services in this famous expensive hotel in Czech Republic. He loves his job and the hotel and woudn't change it for the world. Today is just another work day, Jack is carrying some cava to one of the rooms but they're out of strawberries and kitchen is swamped this evening with orders and they are slipping and preparation of meals takes longer than usual.
