Stretched Abs Stress Test

A new week and a new gutpunching. Alex will tie my hands and hang them over my head. Then he'll punch me in the stomach. The punches will be to my abs or straight to my gut, because I'll miss a few punches. On purpose, of course. Then we'll play with a stick stuck in our bellies.
