My slave has to lay down on the floor. I tie a rope around his balls an through hokk on the ceiling. Now i can pull on one end of the rope to stretch his balls. When they are stretched real good and nicely accessible i hit them with a riding crop. Can you imagine the distress? But that is not enough. I pull even harder on the rope and stretch them more before i hit them again. Have a look how much i enjoyed my slave suffering for my pleasure.
