Punition d'entraînement, jour 1 - pushups

We're going to do a series of Workout Punishments. If you're a good boy and you push yourself to your limit for the day, maybe I'll give you a reward. Until then, you have to work out as much as I command. When I demand you exercise, you better get your ass in gear! Don't forget to stretch and hydrate. It's all on you if you push too hard and hurt yourself, little guy. Now be a good boy and get fit for Ivy. Impress Me!
