Little Mina is all dressed up in slutty clothes and wants her babysitter Layla Moore to drive her to the local club to meet up with her girlfriends. With Mina all taped up, Layla gags her with a pair of panties and makes her a strong and tight tape gag that is soon enforced by blue saran wrap going all the way around her head!
