Suck my breast milk

I'm sitting in my surgery and and put the nipple suckers on my fat nipples. I love the feeling when my nipples are sucked. When the nipples keep getting longer and longer. When my next client was at the door, I took the nipple suckers down again. And what happens? There was a lot of milk in the suckers and everything is spread out on my desk. I didn't have a handkerchief and so I had to lick up all the milk quickly. Or should my client have done that?
