Ruining my landlords life

My rent is really expensive, and I think I'm just going to stop paying it, you're not going to evict me though, you're going to let me live here for free. Don't look at me like that! I've seen you lurking around my windows at night, I bet your friends would be pretty upset to learn what a creep you are, and if I reported you to the authorities you'd be ruined wouldn't you pervert?
