In this role-play, you sit in the room & make a big stinky in your diaper. You play with your weewee throught the diaper. The nanny comes in to check on you. She smells the stinky but she pretends not to notice at first. She sniffs around you. As nanny is sniffing she notices you have an erection. She decides to play with it (she keeps sniffing around you while she plays). You love it when nanny strokes your peewee. You also love hearing the crinkling sound of your diaper & nanny's nose sniffing around you. Nanny babytalks & coos as she plays with your weewee. This sound of the crinkly diaper gets faster & faster. She knows baby gets so happy when your weewee is played with while in your stinky diaper. She says you can push one out while nanny plays with you. But nanny has a lot to do around the house. You'll have to stay in your messy diaper because nanny's too busy & baby is too stinky.
