Modified Part 1 - Stapling up the Mangina

Mad Doctor Miss Beth Bedlam has her 'patient' secured to her bench. Both she starts the operation she fits a catheter - he whines in hurt as the long tube is pushed down his penis and into his bladder. Then, the procedure can begin. Miss Bedlam gets a stapler and starts stapling together the skin from his ball sacks to take away the penis, to create him a mangina. Each staple going in causes another eek of hurt - there is nothing to numb the hurt from this procedure.
