Stepmother and teen banged for stealing merchandise

Theft - Suspect and stepmother were caught on surveillance trying to conceal expensive merchandise. LP officer had heard of this duo from recent thefts across town. Suspects were apprehended, and younger suspect was questioned first. With the heat put on, suspect eventually gave her step-mother up, who had a record. In order to spare these thieves prison time, LP officer made sure to provide them with something that would deter them from theft from now until forever.
