Bowie's feet are on display for Scarlet to tickle to her heart's content. She scratches between his toes and runs a feather across the soles of his feet with a devilish smile on her face as she delights in making him suffer. Every time he laughs and squeals she looks for more places to make her slave giggle in ticklish agony.
