Short solo session: Tolerance training with tit caning

I've been a very, very good girl! As a masochist, I often find myself aching for hurting and the pleasure it brings. I crave being used, I crave the tears, the bruising and the soreness that comes the next day. So I've started doing it myself, HA! However... It often happens that I mentally stop myself from going too far. So I've been trying to practice crossing that barrier and just truly ruining myself, not letting my brain stop me. I really want to make short training sessions like these a regular thing for me, so we can see my progress every week!
