Week 1 - VR dance workout. Julia V earth keeps her body in good shape

I decided to try VR workouts that involve dance movements to reach for flying objects in the game. These movements make me sweat, work all my muscles, and improve my body tone. I enjoy these workouts because I love dancing, and it's an effective way for me to exercise. I also try to improve the technical characteristics of my VR videos to make them more quality and understandable for viewers.
