25lbs Weight Gain Nothing Fits

I have really gained so much weight. 25lbs in 3 months. I love food what can I say. Weight is stacking up all over now. I try on shorts, tight jeans, several bras and all just look sick! Its jiggly flabby and my belly hangs over, my back rolls swallow up my bra straps, tits hang out the sides and nipples pushed out in the center. Fat shaming my self while explaining the weight gain. Worst diet secrets I should be ashamed of.
